VEREIT was a real estate company that sold its subsidiary, Cole Capital, to CIM Group in 2018. VEREIT managed a portfolio of properties, while Cole Capital was its investment management business that focused on non-listed REITs and passed rental income to investors. 

As a designer, I worked on user experience for their websites and external print ads that were published in financial journals, as well as internal materials and infographic templates that visualized complex graphs and financial statements.
